PARISH NOTICES

SUNDAY

This week-end we have Easter Figolli for sale on the parish parvis as a fund raising activity for the parish.

MONDAY

6.30pm At the parish church:

Last course of Spiritual for all; preacher Rev. Aurelio Mule Stagno Sdb.

THURSDAY

Eve of our Lady of Sorrows

In the evening, at the parish church,  there will be various priests for Confessions

5.45pm Penitential Celebration for the whole community

7.00pm at the Parish Oratory the MUSEUM group will organize an Eve of Prayers and Reflections, with the theme of the Year of Mercy.

There will also be a priest for confessions.

Everyone is invited

FRIDAY

Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows

5.00 pm Mass with homily

6.00 pm Procession with the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows. At the end Sagramental Benediction

7.30 pm Mass

SUNDAY

PALM SUNDAY

Masses at: 6.00 a.m. 7.00 a.m. 8.00 a.m.

At 9.15 a.m. Near the chapel of St. Lucy blessing of the Palms and Olive branches – then a solemn procession to the Parish Church followed by a High Mass

NOTES

Family Home Visits will continue this week at Birguma and San Pawl tat-Targa

Collections this week-end will go towards expenses for the coming Holy Week, Good Friday and Easter Sunday

Thanks to all the helpers who prepared the Easter Figolli and to those who brought the ingredients

Tuesday, 22nd March at 7.30pm at the Parish Church, Jubilate Choir will perform Via Crucis by Franz Liszt together with a slide-show of the Passion of Our Lord. Every one is invited

Just a reminder that at the Chapel of San Pawl tat-Targa there will be a daily Mass at 5.30pm from Monday to Friday and on Saterday at 6.00pm
